To ensure their integrity, all our staff are required to undertake a criminal record check called DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) previously known as CRB check.  A 5 year working history is also acquired to ensure that all our staff are compliant with UK employment laws, aviation security training and 'Known Cargo' handling requirements.

Additionally we ensure that they are not only trained for their specific job role and duties but also in the importance of customer service.  You can be sure that they will be knowledgeable, specifically trained and always conduct themselves in a courteous and helpful manner.

Safer Urban Driving


The Safer Urban Driving course focuses on driving in London and vulnerable road users, including cyclists. This is the first accredited course in the UK to include practical on-road cycle training for drivers.


As part of the new contractual requirements for TfL suppliers, drivers must undergo the Safer Urban Driving course within 60 days of the contract start date.
